Thanks for the chuckle ;<)

I can assure you that IF their assistance was required they would have “their boots in the trenches”.

This is food grade equipment; it is not like buying something from IKEA that you take home, follow the instructions and assemble on your living room floor.

The purchase of the equipment included the installation and setup by technicians that know the equipment. This equipment is going to be used in food production and handyman assembly just wouldn’t cut it.
