RE:RE:RE:RE:CGC and Indiva
LOL - Indiva is trading at .34 right now - so that 12 month price target is 4 fold right now
Do some research my friend. I am not trying to bash you, I would prefer you to educate yourself further in the event you are like myself, a retail trader.
Supreme does not grow the best flower in Canada - there was a time (a year ago) when they had the best quality in their respective price range - not the best flower in Canada.
Jack Haze 7g appx $70 with tax or Redecan Lilac Diesel 14g appx $80 with tax. Which one is the better purchase? They both are around 20% THC and have similar effects/terpenes.
Wappa Redcan cand be found for about 30% less than 7 acres Wappa with a similar quality/thc profile. Daily special provides a Jean Guy that is on par with 7 acres when considering price.....
Sorry but there was a time when 7 acres quality with price being considered was as good as anyone. At their existing price they are fighting with the likes of:
SugarBud (Canada's best flower based on cost and quality hands down)
OGEN
Carmel
BOAZ
Royal City Cannabis
Broken Coast (bulk buy not 3.5g)
to name a few.....
Throw in the fact they carry a license of 50k kg in their Kincardine facility (last I checked) and that is/(was?) their projected max production capacity in their existing facilities. Those facilities can be increased based on available land but Tweed is closing greenhouses not expanding them. They can at most get around -300m a year from Supreme if they were able to max production with only 7 acres product. However a lot of that space is being used for HiWay value weed - you know the stuff that they grow but won't put in a 7 acres container cause it is not good enough....
Supreme Ace and DOJA is not enough to get these guys green in Canada. Indiva is likely going to be positive EPS and free cash flow in short order. CGC needs more acquisitions if they care to get green in Canada. Otherwise sit back and have patience. Hopefully American federal legalization happens before 2023 for you.
Best of luck all - I hope as mentioned before that Tweed surprises me. I was heavy in Supreme back in the day and let go after the announcement. I saw no reason to stick with the transfer to CGC and still am struggling to find reasons to buy in... More Canadian acquisitions would help...
