Freeland chides Air Canada, says CEO should speak French

Freeland chides Air Canada, says CEO should speak FrenchI was wondering what happened with the SP after lunch.

I was concerned when AC accepted the equity and loan package from the government that
AC  would once again become a political football.  And Wow, MR stepped right in the doggy do and handed the politicians a bandwagon to ride.  It also handed the short sellers a reprieve to get rid of their positions with a little less pain.

This should surely be motivation to get rid of the government as a shareholder going forward.  I believe there is a buyout clause in the agreement.

To take this any further is non productive for anyone.
