Just For Laughs

Just For Laughs

There was a weirdly comic end to the Montreal mayoral election on Sunday: After Radio Canada mistakenly called the results too early, Montrealers were treated to the odd spectacle of watching the race’s loser deliver a victory speech. Marie-Jose Savard –generally the election’s more left-leaning choice – spent part of the speech reflecting on the virtues of staying on message in the face of critics saying that it would lose her votes. “In the last eight years I was told I was not in the media enough, or hiding,” she said. Only a few minutes later, Radio Canada called the election again for Savard’s opponent, Bruno Marchand, a political rookie.

QC needs to get its act together. Along with Freeland, Trudeau and the rest of the parasites.

AC stock will consolidate and move on and up. No worries.
