Not too sure!

There were a few litigations in the past with the order version of this patent against LG, Ericsson and others with no obvious and mixed success.

There is currently an ongoing litigation with another order version of the same patent.

The latest version was granted patent in April this year. Not sure if this is the one used in Canada.
