The rights issue increased the shares outstanding materially. That's why it's important if calculating the Enterprise Value. If they consolidate the stock 10 for 1 and the stock goes to $4.00, will you buy since it's above 70 cents? Share count matters in investing decisions.

The 65 cents target after the rights issue was before they built the mine and started producing cash flow. It's been meaningfully derisked. The same analyst's target now on the same metrics would likely be significantly higher. Also, why wait to buy until it's above a target price. That's non-sensical if trying to make money.
