The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

My fear is that management got too comfortable with its past success.

If we look at what the company achieved in the more distant past, we have to applaud managment. If we look at what the company achieved in the more recent past, we have to wonder what on earth management is up to.

Hopefully D9's board can whip some action in to the executive - we know that they can make it happen when they so desire.
