Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider selling

RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider sellingThe reason there is no announcement is because he is not leaving the RHC board to move to a competitors board!! If you read the IHC news release closely it said he is "currently" a member of the RHC board, not he was "perviously" a member. If he was leaving the RHC board for IHC I don't think IHC would say he is still currently a member of RHC's board. By adding someone already on another helium companys board that move is just making IHC stronger. He can technically be on the board of both (Take Whitecap Resources and Torc Oil & Gas as an example; back in the day they used to have a number of the same board members and currently Mary-Jo Case sits on both boards) there is no laws or rules against it, all he has to do is let both boards know, which I am pretty sure he has... I would say this could maybe even set up a merger down the road as they are both going after helium but in two completely different areas. Gotta start looking at positives and not always negatives with every move that is made. Good things come to those who wait!
