"There is $26M in unbilled revenue (which is different from accounts receivables). No further details about which revenue is unbilled. " - This came up in March 2021 - my conclusion, verified, was that it relates to cash already received re IRD's work in progress that has not yet been invoiced to customer(s). So the cash is in, only revenues need to be recorded when project gets invoiced.
