Why so many sellers?

Why so many sellers?Can someone please explain why there are so many (lately) people (300,000) wanting to sell when you've just announced a new CEO, a new CFO and supposedly more installls coming? I for one have lost patience with this stock but selling at these prices, I don't think so. So, what am I missing?
