RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Soon, our town crier (aka Kozmo) will soon be the TTX clown I understand your confusion about what constitutes "Material Information" Its basically considered anything that might affect the public company's shareprice. In the case of assay results although everybody HOPES the results are good there is no expectation that they will be unless it is infill drilling, therefore if results come back "so-so" of a dud it won't affect the shareprice.
If the results come back great then the SP would be expected to go UP. Thats why company's don't NOT disclose positive results ... also the stupidly obvious fact that any and all companies desperately want positive results so they CAN disclose them and bump up their own shareprice.
So when TTX failed to disclose Bulk Sample results or earlier drilling results it was obviously because THERE WAS NOTHING TO REPORT.
Furthermore, and this is stating the obvious, if some company DID get good results and hid them then as soon as they did reveal them it would become obvious they failed to disclose them when they were supposed to ... duh.
Hope that helps.
