First step done, SIB.

We are much better off to get SIB first then do dividend, reinstating dividends would drive share price up thus make SIB less effective.


HCG will still have app. $200m in excess cash after SIB to get back their Tier I capital levels goal of 14%-15%. They have committed by end of 2022 they will do that so expect dividends soon.
 

A little disappointed in EPS, will look at SEDAR filing to see more detailed numbers, as income levels were pretty close.
