"Hope" is not an investment strategy. Doesn't matter who is calling the shots if the geology doesn't work. Clearly the geology doesn't work. They will never be viable. Half a billion shares outstanding now with more to come. PGM is a "source of funds" and should be dumped before all the tax loss selling kicks in.
