Exro Technologies Files Shelf Prospectus for Up to C$200 Million in Securities

07:30 AM EST, 11/19/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Exro Technologies Inc. (EXRO.V), a clean technology company, overnight Thursday said it filed a short-form base shelf prospectus with regulators in Canada.

The shelf prospectus will allow the company to offer an aggregate of up to C$200 million of subordinate voting shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription receipts and units over a 25-month period.
