Can you read ?

Can you show me where you read "Gas Pipeline" in there ?

THE NGC install the gas pipeline, the NGC applies for a CEC, the NGC gets the CEC and lays the GAS PIPELINE.

Is that too difficult to understand ?

The NGC's contractor is currently laying the Coho gas pipeline and will commence laying Cascadura GAS pipeline once Coho is done.

I will even post you a photo below of the TXP EIA summary, and you will note, the gas pipeline is not on there - as the gas pipeline is not part of the EIA as it is done by the NGC with CEC approval.

I suggest you try to engage your brain and "read" the words in future..............LOL
