They dosed one single patient at the time and followed the dose escalation procedure described above. The first slide had only three patients which turned out to be more patients on the latest slide. The reason I believe is no DLT for more patients which is good news but I don't think they just switch to groups of patients as there is a procedure to follow
as per trial design they kept dosing single patients until one case of DLT was observed then they switch to group of three with a dose level just below the dose which caused DLT.
