RE:RE:Will the flooding in BC have an impact on SPA...negatively?

RE:RE:Will the flooding in BC have an impact on SPA...negatively? Water levels are higher in some areas but flooding is not much of an issue in the interior of BC where SPA is located, SE of Prince George.  All of the highways are closed in the SW part of BC between Kamloops and Vancouver.  Nothing is getting through by road or railway at the moment.  Only essential travel in the affected areas and gas purhcases limited to 30L in some areas.  Many grocery stores are low on fresh foods, produce, meat and dairy.  Other non-perishable items are running low or out as well even in Kamloops area where I live which is about 4 hours from Vancouver.  Some gas stations are low or out of fuel here as well.  Some reports say it will be months before all road repairs are completed.  4 confirmed deaths reported so far from mudslides.  The rain is mostly falling near the west coast.  In the interior it is more snow than rain.  JP
