Perhaps tactless mrmoribund but after 6 months on the board she could at least roll her board pay into the stock if she cared about her role in showing confidence in the stock and believed it was a great opportunity. She accepted the role and should know the ownership requirement. I'll give her a bit of slack but if she is still at zero ownership at the end of one year on the board it will be greatly disappointing.
