BIG BOYS - SHAKING UP RED LAKE

BIG BOYS - SHAKING UP RED LAKE
BIG BOYS - SHAKING THINGS UP IN RED LAKE

1 - Barrick is back in town - after selling it's Red Lake Mine ot Evolution, seems Barrick
is on the hunt again and placed it's golden arrow on the bullseye of -  Dixie Gold.
      70/30 arrangement.

https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/1006-tsx-venture/dg/109692-dixie-gold-inc-announces-agreement-with-barrick-gold.html

2 - Evolution mining - who bought Red Lake Gold from Barrick seems to have a voracious appetite for all the more gold - Evolution has cracked a deal with Battle North Gold for a respectable - $274 million  deal -

https://www.mining.com/battle-north-gold-owners-greenlight-evolution-buy/

What did Battle North have in gold that attracted Evolution's interest ?
The project hosts estimated compliant reserves of 3.5Mt, grading 5.54 g/t gold for 635,000 oz. of contained metal, and has a resource base of 1.71Mt grading on average 7.09 g/t for 390,000 oz. of contained gold.

Yeah... Evolution jumped on about a million ounces of gold -
It use to be 2 million ounces or greater to attract the interest of a Major... yet, it appears tihngs have changed  - Majors are hungry for the gold.

Pure Gold has had a few stumbles sparkign up the Madisen Mine.
They've about 1 million ounces in gold and their run costs are a tad high during their inargual start up.  Pure Gold's claims are quite close to Nexus" and as so, i can't discount any of these 3 names who could/might be interested in Nexus" recent drill intercepts.

I was actually surprises to see Evolution scoop Battle North's gold holdings.
Big bucks were spent on buying Red Lake Gold operations and i would hazzard a guess and say, Evolution is looking for lots of gold to ensure many more mining years in Red lake - feed the beast.

28 drill holes to date have been punch on Nexus"  Mc Kenzie - would be nice to see an updated map with all dril lgoles and mineral intercepts so shareholders can surmize their own interpretation of what sort of gold ounces Nexus has encountered - not to mention - copper showings have perked my interests too. ( chalcopyrite )

Evolution dished out - $274 million for 1 million ounces
That translates to - $274 / bucks an ounce.
But, there was infastructure also incorporated with in the deal.
So.... would it be safe to say - $200/ounce ?
Yeah.. sounds about right.

NEXUS" 28 DRILL HOLES ON Mc KENZIE
The suspense is off the charts -
some of the holes showed gold from top to bottom averaging about a gram.
Some lenses had 7 grams and 12 gram showings.

Stock is boxed.
Shorts recently increased.
If i didn't know any better i would say, Nexus, has potentially attracted some attention.
No, this is not Dixe with just a land deal with Barrick with a 4 year term.
What ever you do don't check out dixie's gold  ceo.ca page - you'll read how the shareholders feel...lol

And, Nexus is nbot quite the Battle North status of 1 million ounces, but....
seeing Nexus" 52m hits and 136m hits does make it a very compelling story.

Question becomes -
Has anyone knocked on Nexus" door ?
Are there interested parties ?
Ant nondisclosures ?

Lots going on in the Red Lake district.

Here's a partial location of a few of the 28 drill holes
with proposal of more holes.

What does Perch Lake look like below surface ?
Open Map - click on terrain mode
Travel 1200m soth west to Perch Lake
North Side does show a bench / tiered contours - revealing a portion of what was going on long ago -  appears Perch Lake - may have been apart of Red Lake at one time.

I also noticed on another map there's a small piece of land on the south side of Nexus" claims that appears ( whited out ) i wonder if Nexus could check into scooping these claims.
It would cover aporetion of the small southern knoll on Nexus" claims.
Just thought i'd mention this..

https://www.google.com/maps/place/St+Pauls+Bay,+Red+Lake,+ON+P0V+2C0/@51.0218059,-93.8999838,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x5296df34742498b7:0x554f011951eb3aba!8m2!3d51.0276094!4d-93.8666386!5m1!1e4

Seeing Nexus" 136m intercept is quite remarkable.
I'd be happy with 50m intercepts and a 400m x 400m area...lol
Doesn't take much to compile a deposit.

My curiosity is running wild....
What exactly does Perch Lake hold in secrets at depth ?
Time will soon tell lots... Bring on the assays...

If there is by chance a larger interest....
Should they let a small junior bleed the shares, or....
Should they step in and asisst the junior ?
Ahhhh....something to think about.

And lastly,
it is interesting t osee Nexus scoop another claim in Quebec for nickel and gold.
Should i read into this ?

Cheers....
