We all lost our investment with this for sure!

The really interesting conversation that is probably happening right now is between Silver Lake and Appian. Silver Lake is probably playing hardball with Appian. I would imagine that the topic of Harte seeking the Court's protection under the CCAA and occuring on December 1st has already been broached by Silver Lake. They probably have Appian's feet held to the fire as part of negotiations.

Appian probably knows that once CCAA proceedings have begun the debt stops ticking and they will most likely not receive full value on the debt outstanding.

It is going an interesting two weeks yet to come.
