Under the radar Sokoman is a sleeper under the radar but not under the radar for Eric Sprott who has taken a 25% stake in Sokoman. Sprott has sunk millions into Sokoman, Newfound Gold, and Labrador Gold. Eric Sprott's latest investment of $48 million @ $9.60/share in NFG was just approved and closing later this November. There are two very high grade area finds for gold in Canada one being Eskay in British Coloumbia and the other Sokoman, Labrador Gold, and Newfound Gold in Newfoundland. With shallow high grade intercepts piling up Newfound Gold recently doubled its drill program to 400,000 meters and Sokoman doubled it drill program to 100,000 meters.
Both Newfound Gold and Sokoman Minerals have been finding visible high grade gold at shallow depth in Newfoundland. For comparison are the drill intercepts from Newfound Gold and Sokoman Minerals. Which is which is not identified just to illustrate that both companies are equally delineating significant gold deposits. Labrador on the same trend as Newfound Gold has been showing significant drill results also.
