RE:RE:Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory...Sorry yes wrong phrase.  What I mean is just drive the freaking bus.  Maybe change the tires if they are at the end of their life and do an oil change when due.  That's it.  Problem with getting fresh management / new CEO is they want to be heros of some turn around story - putting long suffering sharehokders at further risk.  First show me just a quarter or two of profit before you launch down some road of seeking further efficiency / production increase.  Pay off just a little debt and get recievables under $75 million.... Don't attempt some major engine overhaul - the thing works well enough  - just drive the bus.

Hey Rkhosla,
I don't disagree with your desire for S to clean up its balance sheet and improve solvency/cash flow, in fact I would agree with the "go slow" approach. I just wanted to point something out on your use of "care and maintenance" that might be misunderstood by others. S de s definitely not implementing, nor would they consider "care and maintenance." No offence meant in pointing this out btw.

this term is used for closed/mothballed mine sites, where the minimum is done to maintain the site in order to be restarted at a later date:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Care_and_maintenance

Cheers,
