Fish, if I understand you correctly, you're suggesting that the EPA is a political body more than regulating body? and you're okay with that?

- EPA slow playing to
give the "impression that is has been studied well" versus working efficiently while
providing evidence that it has been studied well? are you suggesting the impression should be a higher priority than the evidence?
Specifically, you're suggesting that the EPA slow played the Florence permit to give the impression that it did a good job, and also to curb the Florence supply of copper by a few months for an ev demand that you say is still a decade away.
