Really when a company says their number 1 project is a project that is not sanction, and does not have the approval of Treaty 8 nations, well thats attractive.

Who want to get in the middle of a mess with a company up to its neck in first nations issues, is that really investable?

ARC Management are so Desperate to get Attachie sanction that they will do what ever they can, to get the project going. The trouble is the First Nations know this and the investors are going to get the short end of the stick. 

Really dismal management that should not bring forth the project, until it is a real project, this is Terry's dream, it isa pet project and if feel the information in their presentions is not accurate. 

Attachie should not be ARX #1 project, until you understand how you are going to work under the new Treaty8 guidelines. How those Treaty8 agreements will impact the costs associated with the project, and ongoing gifting required by first nations.
