RE:RE:Collaborative Agreement with LBN

RE:RE:Collaborative Agreement with LBNFeel free to challenge my assumptions here. As Loughatorick rightly stated, this Collaboration Agreement is the natural follow up to the Foundation Agreement of a couple of years ago. Obviously if this Agreement had been in place when BKM first applied for their permit (under the new legislative framework) the permitting process would be very different for them. But with BKM's permit application taking place under the old legislative framework and sitting on the Minister's desk for approval, I just assume it will not be impacted negatively by this new Collaboration Agreement.  Am I missing something?  There is really no clear comment within the news release indicating how it affects BKM. Would be great to know as it is the only real current resource development project within those lands (as far as I am aware).  Does anybody have some further insight on this??
