RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Buy out the neighborsThis is accurate, you guys know we're historically overvalued near dotcom levels and if the markets crash 30% we'll probably go down about 60% right? I'm 35% out for a reason.

That said, Cypress is my main holding!
