PDore!ELO, great band! Hadn't heard this song in a while, great stuff! Thanks for posting :-))! As for that multi personalities guy (MPG), he's just suffering from alcohol withdrawal syndrome along with the effects of a bad vax reaction which seems to have lobotomized him!
