Spectral has been a dud for a very long time and they are planning to list on Nasdaq in the future

Listening to the call will give insight in the kind of problems they are facing in their Phase 3 Trial and there are a lot of similarities with what Thtx is facing
For unknown reason the presentation starts around the 30 minute mark and goes on for about 80 minutes
Not recommending this stock but you will love listening to the first 30 minutes or so
