RE:RE:RE:Mason has highest ore value but low market cap

RE:RE:RE:Mason has highest ore value but low market capSomewhere about the time when Mason was expecting there permit from the Quebec government  and it was taking forever to get. it might of been a round 2017 or 2018, Something happened a round that time when things turned for the worst; it was like a slow moving train wreck, not resally noticable and that was about the time when then CEO Beniot Gascon kept saying financing is almost complete, he kept on saying that phrase for the next two years. Alarm bells were flashing and I began to be concerned about the company.. Now fast forward to 2021, Simon MArcotte was to be the new CEO of Mason during the proxy fight, three months later Simon Marcotte left the company to be the CEO of Royal Fox Gold. IF you ever have a chance to review Royal Fox Gold financials, I think Mason balance shet is much better. So my question is for everyone, WHY DID SIMON MARCOTTE LEAVE THE COMPANY?
Simon Marcotte was the one employee that bought shares of  Mason Graphite while he was an employee in the price range of $2.00 plus and now he vanishes. Something here doesn't seem right.
