Core one business transactions...AkomeCan anyone explain ..how Core One can close these business
transactions and keep these deals onside....( or not). When they for example
buy Akome. For 3.5 million shares at $6.50 share....and then the share go into
a pooling arrangement ie cannot be sold! Meanwhile the shares drop to a value
below $1.00! There must be another party or someone is guaranteeing the
the$ value of the share deal! Somehow that allows Core one to write off
the value of the business deal! Maybe the deal never happened...but I don’
think that is case! All a mystery to me...I am not a stockholder...just curious what
happens next to this company!
Market cap of Cool now less than 20 million.....with a huge write off!
don’t know what real value of these assets are! But at this market cap
someone will buy this...JMO!
