1000025833 Ontario Inc. (the " Investor "), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Silver Lake Resources Limited will have to pay off the secured creditors to get them to sign off on the Bankruptsy and I beleive they have agreed to pay off the trade payables (so they can still buy toilet paper localy) as well but thats the end of it. Even if there is a higher offer Silver Lake et al does not have to take it as lead creditor. And most likelly they wouldn't as they want to spend as little of the Bridge financing as possible and get into generating revenue from the Spoils from their new acquistion. They have no interest in the unsecured and the unsecured in turn have no say in the matter at all. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the whole deal was complete at days end ; considering the run up time to the pin being pulled.
