Indeed, very good info. Regarding the last point you made, I seem to recall SRK giving a couple of different valuation options depending on whether Inferred is included or not, and maybe ever different discount rates.  For such a reputable source, they seemed a bit loosey-goosey with their grading.  It was pretty dark times for the Venture outfits then, well pretty much like what it is now I guess. 
Michael Dehn seemed to think an aggressive time frame to (was it starting digging a mine hole or was it actual mining??) was 18 months. I can't imagine either is terribly achievable, but I think that's the way to play it. Especially when doing all the current reporting and submissions that are relatively inexpensive. They should be ramming through at full speed. Take your time when building the mine and the SP has shot up.
I also hope they've had some luck finding that expert to reassess the complicated layer's value.  Sounded like the last tricky point from Michael's talk with the Howard dude.
