They may end up finding there's certain baseline characteristics that lower the efficacy or have side effects more. It seems a lot of these cancer drugs have pretty specific lanes they need to stay in for them to be used and see efficacy. This is where playing with that dosage --being able to use lower amounts more frequently or something like that --could come in handy for certain types of patients.
