Toll technology

The Technology already exists. Today I have an app on my phone that tracks my vehicle, where I went, how fast Iwas going, how hard I accelerated and brake. In a few years toll booths and license plate readers will not be necessary to assess toll fees. QTRH will not survive from tolling solutions.
