RE:RE:NDP know BKM was mistreated & so I think we will get permitI don't think it means what they think it means. The EAO is not to be providing a recommendation to the ministers in this case, so they are taking precautions to ensure that nothing the prepare is seen as providing a recommendation. There is nothing wrong with that and I would argue that it is showing that the EAO is doing nothing out of bounds.

In regards to the "privileged folder" - I have no knowledge of the workings of the EAO but I took that to mean essentially a private folder with limited access aka documents that only certain people should have access to. Which is no different than any other business with documents that are not to be seen by just anyone.
