Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

The competitive nature of the negotiations led to both Cue minerals(833 ontario) and Appian improving on their initial proposals.833 Ontario's bid was deemed better and was chosen to be the stalking horse in the new SISP.The question is whether there will be competing offers in the SISP that are any benefit to existing shareholders.As of this point the answer is no.The company may be delisted and the shares may be deemed worthless.That is the worst case scenario.Then you could say it's really over.The fat lady will have sung.The best case scenario is an entity that sees long term value and steps up to the plate.On the other hand someone may get the gold mine and shareholders may get the shaft.So as you know FLY HI in my immediate circle in the neighborhood of $100,000.In the area god only knows.
