There's talk on ceo saying "there's something wrong" with QNC because it keeps going down but the whole small cap sector in the US and Canada is trending downward. Appearently the downtrend is because investors are moving their money from small cap pre revenue companies into large cap mature companies with steady profits.
QNC has $2 million + in cash with more on the way because of warrant exercises, no net debt relative to cash, 4 patents in over 20 countries with more patent protections pending in other countries and filed for another patent to extend it's IP to consumer electronics.
The downturn in QNC's price seems to be because of the small cap sector downtrend combined with tax loss selling.
