TEA LEAVES With Brett Kidd becoming CEO and moving ITC to Texas, it is my view that ETC is in process of  finalizing  the 3 major deals of 100 million previously announced in Q3.   Delivery of those 3 contracts when announced, sealed the signing of  Brett Kidd.to lead our ITS>
We all will be watching for announcement.
