Vaccines are designed to reduce the sympton, not to stop the spread, and it is also designed to generate profit to drug companies.

Anti covid drug is the answer, and also I would increase my own immune system, such as eating anti-oxidant rich food (berries) and mushrooms.

I would not get too close to other people, those vaccinated can still spread.
