RE:Active Petroleum SystemHow can you tell if a hydrocarbon system is active or inactive from well logs? Also they used the word "several". Meaning that they have some sort of laminated structure there with several layers of reservoir rock sandwiched between seals? That might suggest oil migration along an inclined fault feeding several reservoirs wouldn't it? So do they somehow know it's active because of the pore pressures in several reservoirs tells them that somehow? That would be amazing if true! Are they playing this up or down is my question.
