Get Forrest to offer a BINDING agreement with real money on the table and then Coutts agrees with the tabled agreement that is publicly open to shareholders to see if or not to their liking ?

Forrest ONLY offers " NON-BINDING " and management WON'T allow Wyloo bid to go to shareholders

So how can anyone make a investment decision on a SPECULATIVE deal that has NO TEETH ???

scam and pumping until a news release that this deal is " BINDING " 100 % OFFERING

The way it is worded now Forrest hasn't really offered anything and BHP offer is the only true bid tabled
