RE:Is Surge Copper a sleeper waiting to wake up?!long too, w what is going on in Chile and Peru, safe country assets make sense to me.  Will add on dips,   Cu holding up well still at 4.35/lb despite all the 'noise'..  China has been easing a lot too which will eventually help out there, US housing strong, lots of Cu goes into windmill/towers etc etc etc.  Bea
