Why are we at a mere $0.25? Stupidity or Evil intent?

Why are we at a mere $0.25? Stupidity or Evil intent?Reverse splits are just Cosmetic treatments to facilitate scams for a failed management & “business”  Failure is proven in Chalice case in only 190 days. Stock is down by 78% since May 25, 2021
Many dire questions need honest answers that need yet to be answered by management who outlasted their 19 quarters' welcome.
Why did management do the fruitless reverse split?
Why did management move to OTC?
Why did management change names 3 times?
Why no cash for operations?
Why is the debt growing every quarter to be > $25 million, 70% more than Q2?
How is Chalice management planning to pay the piling debt + 10% interest Debt in 2022 and the following years if it is not profitable (Profit margin = -22%).
