RE:Mr Hinse will resign as president and CEO march 22 Not mentioned in Renaud Hinse's CV was his snatching up of the NSR under obscure circumstances for his personal gain instead of all Abcourt's shareholders benefitting from the company regaining the Elder NSR. Had he simply regained the NSR for Abcourt, Abcourt's share price would be far higher than it is today, and the Hinse family, as well as all long-term shareholders would have been much richer. There is a possible legal case that Renaud Hinse acted with a Lack of Transparency and in a Conflict of Interest in this matter.
This issue will need to be resolved. It won't just go away with the retirement or death of Renaud Hinse.
I see this issue of the NSR as a blotch on Renault Hinse's career and legacy.
