RE:Nothing overnight....from the Land of the Midnight News I doubt we will hear anything until the New Year. They're hoping the Xmas break will provide enough cover while they figure out what they are required to disclose.
Maier is no big loss. dynaCERT wouldn't need a COO if the President and CEO knew how to manage and grow a Cleantech manufacturing company. But clearly he doesn't. My guess is Maier probably told him as much..... and the rest as they say is history.
FYI his name and pic are still on the Website in the management team portion of the about us section.
Where this gets interesting is at the BOD level. Unless he resigns, removal requires a majority vote of the shareholders at either a special meeting called for that purpose or at the next AGM.
If there is pressure for him to resign and he resists then this goes to a shareholder vote. If those opposing him put forward a motion for his removal then he will have the ability to defend against that motion and this is where the fun could start...and perhaps even go public.
Yep a lot of potential pushing and shoving.....hopefully just enough for those shareholders with a lot of coin in this investment but not Payne loyalists to start demanding not just answers but performance.
This could be fun to watch!
