Make sense.

If i were in their shoes, i would first initiate a major SIB to reduce the number of share.

Only after that,would i pay a huge dividend.By doing the SIB first, they will keep more $$$

for the remaining (Schwartz) shareholders.

The Schwartz did a great job to get top $$$ for the sports division.These guys aren't getting younger.Martin is 71 and Alan is 68.It is quite possible that they sell the remaining two division

In any event, this boat load of cash coming their way will give them a lot of flexibility
to execute their plan and reward themself and shareholders.

2022 will be a good year dor dorel shareholders
