Well, if we do hit $20 million for Q4 then my $60 million run rate for the year will be met.  That is enough to put this stock well over $1.00.  The stock by all rights should be trading in the $0.70  range already if given even conservative valuations that other stocks get.

Marshall has attempted to explain the $40 million contract several times on the discord, but investors don't seem to be listening.  We are already in the $40 million contract bid.  Each time DM is given a task or milestone to complete their share of the $40 million increases.  As Marshall mentioned in the discord they get cut a check when they meet the milestone and they have seen a few of those checks.  The field has significatly narrowed according to Marshall.  Those companies that meet each milestone are selected to continue on and the contract continues for them.  So this includes DM.  As this is a milestone driven project, they need to be slected to participate in the next milestone, which they are in the finals for,and if selected they continue to get a portion of that funding. Each milestone completed is a bigger piece of the pie.  If they get the next milestone it will be announced and they will need to continue to keep knocking down additional milestones.   The $40 million is what the government estimates the contract to cost, but the costs could come in higher and it could come in lower when everything is added up.
