What will the 4th qtr bring?

What will the 4th qtr bring?Sherritt
Year to date :

52 week high .70
52 week low .36
Current price .38
Cash 4 qtr 2020  167.4 mil
Debt 4 qtr 2020.   441.4 mil

Cash 3 qtr 2021.   163.4 mil
Debt 3 qtr 2021.     444.7 mil

Net change cash 1 year -4 mil
Net debt change 1 year + 3.3 mil

Accomplishments:
More debt / less cash
45% share price drop
This in spite of a 20% increase in nickel prices, 100% increase in cobalt and a 60% drop in nickel inventories.

Outlook:
More debt to increase output 20%?
Higher costs due to inflation?
Higher cost due to climate change initiatives?
Higher maintenance costs, as new mining equipment is no longer new.
This stock is consistently traded for pennies by day traders and some people made lots of gains, kudos to them.
Any profit needs to be used to pay down debt and for the love of god take a small portion of it and pay a dividend, maybe that would help stabilize it.
If nickel is in such high demand, why no Chinese or Russian company hasn’t stole it is beyond me. Unfortunately, due to American policy an American company or any company with American interests will never touch it.
Soon it will be time for management to give themselves a big pat on the back in a form of a performance bonus. I see zero
accomplishments over the last year to warrant that.
Thoughts?
