Happy New Years Everyone! Looking forward to a prosperous 2022 with QRTH.

interestingly enough I was in Bell Corners (Greater Ottawa Area - East) to celebrate my eldest son's Birthday a few days after Xmas, and when I looked across the street I saw the WiLAN building... my immediate thought was to proudly boast to my son that we are shareholder owners  of that company!

Wilan has extensively licensed the Polaris portfolio.  Interestingly, the patents asserted against Apple in Germany are Polaris patents.  The hiatus on the German litigation suggests to me that Wilan and Apple are attempting to arrive at a comprehensive settlement.
