US could go in and (ahem) fix Venezuela if it wanted/needed to.
Interesting conundrum, tho, given Joe would rather see an oversupply. So he might turn a blind eye.
He has not already shown he will not protect US producers. I get the sense that the SPR swaps/sales are not really moving/doing well. I wonder how participative or interested the US companies are ... and what the prices are like.
